Overview
The “One Heart, One Smile” program is a humanitarian assistance initiative led by Let’s Be One Foundation. Its mission is to provide direct, consistent, and targeted support to homeless individuals through concrete actions focused on food, hygiene, clothing, health, and moral support. The ultimate goal is to restore dignity and hope to the most vulnerable members of society.
Objectives
- Homeless adults living on the streets, in parks, or in tents in mostly affected communities
- Families or youth without stable housing
- Individuals living in vehicles or makeshift shelters, particularly in targeted areas
Key Activities
Mobile food distributions
Donations of clothing and hygiene kits
Mobile showers in partnership with local providers
Street-based spiritual and psychological support
Monthly mini-clinics (basic care, health awareness)
Seasonal campaigns (blankets in winter, hydration in summer)
Community gatherings with meal preparation and testimonies

Autumn of Hope
- Objective: Bring comfort before the holiday season
